Customer support manager
The Customer support manager is the direct link between the Company and the Customer.

He is the Customer’s personal ‘representative’ in RECAERO. 
He assures us and the Customer the acknowledgement of the receipt of orders, of the launching of production route cards, of order book follow up of deliveries and reports to the Customer the progress of affairs.

Work Environment :
    •    The work is office based but involves frequent visits to the workshop or to Customers establishments.
    •    Various computing tools are available: Production management system, internal databases, Windows Office, etc
    •    Works in small autonomous groups

Skills:
    •    Good internal and external communicator (colleagues, Customer, etc)
    •    Mastering of computing tools (Production management system, Windows Office, etc)
    •    Respect of procedures
    •    Respect of health and safety rules

Educational Background
    •    No specific diploma required, with a preference for management or business
    •    Level: French BAC + 2 years to French BAC + 5 years
